**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Product Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and products
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop product roadmaps that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain product requirements documents, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on product vision and goals
* Work with engineers, designers, and other product managers to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Conduct user research and testing to inform product development and ensure that products meet customer needs
* Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize product performance
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop product marketing strategies and campaigns
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
**Requirements**
* 4-year degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of delivering successful products and features, with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and launch
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
* Experience with conversational AI platforms, including Dialogflow and Rasa
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
* Experience with cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools and technologies
* Experience with product management methodologies, including Lean and Agile
