About the Opportunity

The Mom and Baby team at blithequark consists of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a comprehensive support system. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your job performance will be based on meeting metrics surrounding four key pillars: customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Interface with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Present blithequark's services and products to customers, highlighting the benefits and value that we offer
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales and providing exceptional customer service
  • Contact patients through outbound phone calls and emails, building relationships and providing support
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively
  • Communicate with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, ensuring that they have the support they need
  • Prompt follow-up for services promised and rendered, ensuring that our customers receive the care and support they deserve
  • Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Process documentation, including verification of insurance, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform order entry and data maintenance, ensuring that our systems are accurate and up-to-date
  • Other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the Mom and Baby division and blithequark as a whole

Skills for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work individually and as part of a dynamic team. You will be self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, and will possess exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills. You will be self-disciplined, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, and will be able to work in a high-stress environment. You will also be sensitive to patient care issues and will maintain HIPAA confidentiality, adhering to all laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • Microsoft Office computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional support and care
  • 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
