About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform groups to design and implement software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and strong IAM domain knowledge will be essential in driving our security initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
  • Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
  • Develop and implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
  • Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong background in identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should have experience with trade deployment/release management and be familiar with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
  • Alternatively, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
  • Experience with trade deployment/release management
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
