We are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Forecasting to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service (CS) network, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions. If you are passionate about customer experience, think and act globally, and have the ability to contribute major new innovations in the industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Summary** As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple blithequark markets. You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring low error contact forecasts to ensure service level delivery. Your strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills will be essential in driving business results and growing high performers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple blithequark markets * Lead a high-performing team, ensuring low error contact forecasts to ensure service level delivery * Develop and implement forecasting strategies to drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to keep them updated on the drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Analyze various sources of data to identify trends and patterns, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations * Provide exceptional communication and presentation skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Manage team performance, including hiring, development, and performance management * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in forecasting and capacity planning **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in analytical and problem-solving skills * Proven experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Strong technical skills in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and fast-paced work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced leader with a passion for customer experience and a strong analytical background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
