About the Role: IT Intern - Reliability Architecture and Infrastructure Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Intern to join our Reliability Architecture and Infrastructure Services team. Key Responsibilities and How You'll Contribute

As an IT Intern with our Reliability Architecture and Infrastructure Services team, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software applications and infrastructure environments.
  • Providing technical support for IT operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Gathering requirements for development, designing, and testing decision support systems.
  • Participating in data analytics projects to create performance dashboards and service level agreements.
  • Utilizing various technologies and methodologies such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular, Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, Oracle, and mobile technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems, investing time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Commit to working the entire 13-week summer internship program (May 2025 - August 2025).
  • Be willing to work from our Atlanta or MSP office (as agreed upon during the interview) with a partially onsite/partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval.
  • Have a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program, with a degree emphasis in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Have an interest in solving complex problems and be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess an awareness of agile methodologies, cloud computing, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardware components and/or maintenance.
