About the Role
We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Artist with a passion for non-profit direct response marketing. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a vital role in designing visually compelling and action-driven marketing materials that inspire action and drive results. Key Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning and action-driven designs for direct mail, email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, and other marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the organization's brand, mission, and messaging
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to ensure artwork is accurate and aligned with project goals, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback
- Manage revisions and approvals with stakeholders, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ensure all design files are print-ready, meeting the necessary specifications for printing processes, color management, and format, while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Oversee the preparation of digital assets, including web banners, social media creatives, and email graphics, optimizing them for performance and ensuring they meet all platform requirements
- Manage asset delivery to internal and external teams, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and maintaining a high level of organization and project management skills
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process by following an established workflow, ensuring all assets are accurate, error-free, and meet clearly defined brand standards, with a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate of completion from a two-year program in graphic arts or equivalent on-the-job experience, with a strong foundation in design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling
- 3+ years' experience in graphics, with a focus on non-profit direct response marketing, and a proven track record of creating effective and engaging marketing materials
- Software skills include proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design-related programs on a Mac, with a strong understanding of design software and technology
- Familiarity with fundraising techniques, donor engagement strategies, and the unique needs of non-profit design, with a passion for philanthropy and a commitment to making a difference

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
