About the Position and Our Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Social Media Community Manager to manage our brand's online reputation and build a strong community of true BURGA lovers across various social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing our brand's voice in discussions about our products, creating engaging social media content, and devising community communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong brand reputation by representing our voice in discussions about our products across various social media channels
  • Develop and implement community communication initiatives to create a loyal community of BURGA fans
  • Engage with communities across social media platforms by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements on social media to ensure a positive brand image
  • Help manage positive and negative feedback, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, including trending TikTok sounds and recent memes, to ensure our brand remains relevant and engaging
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Analyze social media metrics to track engagement, growth, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a community or support manager, working with global audiences and/or launching community initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Strong understanding of the social web, including social networks, blogs, microblogs, forums, and other online platforms
  • Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, pop culture, online marketing, and marketing channels
  • Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback
  • A burning desire to learn and grow, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
