Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL truck drivers to fill local and regional positions that offer the best of both worlds: the opportunity to be home daily or weekly, depending on the specific job and your location. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination, safely transporting goods and products to designated locations
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service, weight restrictions, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other stakeholders regarding route updates, delivery status, and any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records, including logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing Workwarp in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Class A CDL with at least 6 months of experience in the last 3 years
  • Many local jobs require a minimum of 12 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
  • Tractor-trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length and a minimum of 3 states or more regional or OTR experience for home weekly jobs
  • Fairly clean MVR with no major infractions
  • Maximum of 6 jobs in the last 3 years; we are looking for stable and committed professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Class A CDL truck driver
  • Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the transportation industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
