Our goal is to inspire wonder and joy in our guests, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve it. **About the Role** As a Manager-Program Development Integrated Facilities Planning, you'll be part of our Integrated Facilities Planning (IFP) team, which is responsible for developing and implementing long-term plans for the sustainment and lifecycle optimization of our existing assets. You'll work closely with our executive leadership team to develop and maintain the integrated multi-year plan, ensuring that our assets are maintained to the highest standards of integrity, show, and safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Strategic partner for the organization, leveraging your knowledge and experience to drive key business decisions and develop the integrated multi-year plan * Influence teams and internal business partners in support of organizational priorities and strategies * Develop business strategies, goals, and metrics for the IFP team and development of the program * Lead and partner with subject matter experts to develop and evaluate asset strategies (life cycle analysis) and related impacts to our plans * Partner with FOS departments to continuously seek to improve systems, tools, reports, and procedures to enhance and improve the organization's overall effectiveness * Lead and mentor direct reports * Build effective working relationships with all business partners **Required Qualifications & Skills** * Ten (10) years of Construction experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a minimum of five (5) years in a Project Management environment * Experience developing and analyzing operational finance reports (departmental budgets, Cause of Change, Cash Flow etc.) * Experience presenting and communicating with all levels of professionals and executives * Detailed knowledge of construction processes and long-range facility asset planning, etc. * Experience meeting deadlines, while partnering with several organizations internally and externally * Experience analyzing data, and problem-solving while engaging subject matter experts when needed **Education** * Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university **Additional Information** * Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
