About The Little Gym – A Legacy of Joyful Movement

Founded over four decades ago, The Little Gym has become a nationally recognized leader in children’s fitness, motor‑skill development, and “serious fun.” Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a safe, nurturing, and exhilarating environment where children from newborns to pre‑teens discover confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement. From our iconic Parent/Child classes to grade‑school programs, every session blends play with purposeful skill‑building, guided by a proprietary 3‑Dimensional Learning™ methodology that integrates physical, social, and cognitive growth.

Located in the beautiful coastal community of Sea Girt, New Jersey, our studio is a hub for families who value health, creativity, and community. While the primary role is based on‑site, we proudly support flexible scheduling, including remote coordination for program planning, parent communication, and digital content creation. This hybrid approach allows our instructors to balance hands‑on teaching with innovative, technology‑driven initiatives that keep The Little Gym at the forefront of early childhood education.
