Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Operations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a remote basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of recruiting across an assigned region or vertical, with a focus on high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and engage top talent for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions across the nation, including Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and more.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring a deep understanding of our business and its requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, including job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates.
- Candidate Management: Screen resumes, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruiting Metrics and Reporting: Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment processes.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with other Talent team members and the onboarding team to finalize offer processes, ensuring compliance with current legal standards and best practices.

About You
We're looking for a seasoned recruiter who is passionate about making a difference in the equipment rental industry. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a strong track record of success in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Here are the key qualifications and skills we're looking for:
- At Least 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of exempt sales roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries.
- Strong Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale.
- ATS Experience: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Productivity Software and Database Management: Proficiency in productivity software, database management, and internet search methods, including boolean searches.
- Interviewing and Communication Skills: Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) and excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field, with relevant certifications or training in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Pay and Benefits
The typical base range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and location. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off (PTO) plus company-paid holidays.
