As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, designing, and remediating our industrial automation and cybersecurity environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing control systems to integrating new sites, and to contribute to the development of our team's expertise in industrial automation and cybersecurity. **Responsibilities** As an Operations Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for the following key objectives: * Architect and design of Control Systems that provide the appropriate functionality and control while ensuring a secure environment * Maintain the environment and update as needed to ensure security of sites * Assist with integration of new sites * Support US facilities as part of a larger team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures * Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support for critical systems * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering * **Experience**: At least 3 years of IT experience, including industrial operations technology experience * **Industrial Automation**: Strong understanding and experience with IT in an industrial manufacturing environment, including IoT-based devices and equipment, proprietary customized OS's, and integration into an Enterprise network * **Networking and Datacenter Technologies**: Good knowledge of networking and datacenter technologies, including switching (access and core), routing, wireless, and high-availability using Cisco and Meraki components * **Firewalls and Security**: Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and good knowledge of networking technologies and WAN communications, including TCP/IP (routing and subnetting), QoS, MPLS, IPSec, etc. * **Control Systems**: Experience designing and executing control systems * **OT Monitoring Systems**: Experience with OT monitoring systems * **Troubleshooting**: Good troubleshooting skills * **Teamwork and Leadership**: Strong team player and leadership skills * **Communication**: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal **Nice to Have** * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) * Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures * High-level knowledge in key areas of information security, including vulnerability management, intrusion prevention and detection, access control and authorization, policy enforcement, application security, protocol analysis, firewall management, incident response, encryption, two-factor authentication, web filtering, and advanced threat protection **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Operations Technology Engineer – Industrial Automation and Cybersecurity Specialist, you will enjoy a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
