We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy!
An active in-state pharmacy technician license is required to be considered. #Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy - Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - Work daily with Leadership to ensure the right medications are put in the right packets - Transition orders through different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control - Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser, shipping boxes - Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time - Aid the pharmacy manager and pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing - Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas - Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours During Peak/high demand, shifts last up to 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 8-10 hours) - Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment - National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) - High school diploma or equivalent - 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools - English language labelling on product cartons and prescription labels. standards for productivity and quality Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
