Role Overview – Presales & Solutions Leader (Remote)

We are seeking a seasoned, visionary Presales & Solutions Leader to own the end‑to‑end presales journey for our TaaS portfolio. This fully remote, high‑visibility role will drive business expansion by shaping, presenting, and championing bespoke technology solutions that solve complex client challenges across multiple regions. You will partner with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to translate market needs into compelling value propositions that accelerate revenue growth and deepen long‑term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and deliver innovative solution architectures for TaaS offerings, including CCaaS, Conversational AI, App Development, Intelligent Automation, Cloud Services, Managed IT Infrastructure, ITSM, ServiceNow, and InfoSec.
  • Solution Design & Project Planning: Collaborate with cross‑technology SMEs to create detailed technical roadmaps, feasibility analyses, and implementation plans that align with client objectives and timelines.
  • Client Engagement & Presentation: Articulate complex technical concepts in clear, business‑focused language; lead product demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and executive briefings that showcase ROI and strategic value.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers, regional sales leads, delivery managers, and offshore development teams to ensure seamless hand‑off from presales to implementation.
  • Asset Development & Knowledge Sharing: Create reusable sales enablement tools, solution playbooks, and case studies that accelerate future win cycles.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities; translate insights into differentiated positioning and messaging.
  • Risk & Impact Assessment: Evaluate potential project risks, compliance considerations, and quality metrics; communicate findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management: Contribute to forecasting, opportunity sizing, and quota attainment by driving high‑value, complex deals from qualification through closure.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, with at least 7 years dedicated to presales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy.
  • Proven track record of designing and closing complex, multi‑disciplinary solutions involving cloud, AI, automation, and cybersecurity.
  • Deep expertise in at least three of the following domains: Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Conversational AI, Application Development, Intelligent Automation (RPA/ML), Cloud Migration & Optimization, Managed IT Services, or Information Security.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical nuances into clear business outcomes for executive audiences.
  • Strong leadership capabilities; experience managing cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and sales narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Multi‑industry exposure (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecommunications) with an understanding of sector‑specific challenges and regulatory environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills—ability to model financial impact, ROI, and total cost of ownership for proposed solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ServiceNow implementation frameworks.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, given the global client base.
  • Demonstrated knack for proactive problem‑solving—identifying alternative pathways and innovative work‑arounds that add value for customers.
