Meta isn’t just a technology company; it’s a global ecosystem that empowers billions of people to build communities, express themselves, and grow businesses. From the groundbreaking launch of Facebook in 2004 to the rapid expansion of Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Workplace, and the immersive experiences of Meta Quest, our products have redefined the way humanity interacts across continents, cultures, and devices. As we transition from 2‑D screens to augmented and virtual realities, we are looking for visionary leaders who can help us design the next generation of social technology – one that transcends the limits of distance, screens, and even physics.

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Remote Senior Product Management Leader to drive the ideation, development, and launch of cutting‑edge products across Meta’s diverse platform portfolio. In this role, you will partner with world‑class engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to create solutions that delight users, expand our market reach, and reinforce Meta’s position as an industry pioneer. This is a full‑time, remote opportunity available for immediate start, offering a competitive salary range of $202,000 – $277,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Attract, mentor, and retain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of product managers and leaders; set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • End‑to‑End Product Lifecycle Management: Lead initiatives from concept through technical development, usability testing, launch, and post‑launch iteration, ensuring rapid yet high‑quality delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and user researchers to translate market insights and user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Design, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate product success, informing iterative improvements and strategic pivots.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep research into industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain Meta’s leadership position.
  • Innovation Advocacy: Champion creative problem‑solving in a fluid environment, encouraging experimentation, rapid prototyping, and bold product bets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver compelling presentations to senior executives, articulating product strategy, progress, risks, and opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience in product management or product design, preferably within large‑scale consumer technology platforms.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on collaboration with engineering, design, and user research teams, delivering products that achieve measurable user impact.
  • Proven analytical leadership and critical thinking ability; adept at converting complex data into actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience presenting product strategy and results to senior executive audiences, with a track record of influencing decision‑making.
  • 6+ years of experience hiring, developing, and managing both individual contributors and senior product leaders, fostering high‑performance teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a consumer‑focused technology organization, with familiarity in social media, messaging, or immersive platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building 0‑to‑1 products, platform or ecosystem services, and marketplace experiences that achieve rapid adoption.
