Job Overview

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in placing online orders, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
  • Customer service-oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
