Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily basis and maintain assigned metrics, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Make outbound calls for various purposes, including situations deemed urgent by our clinical pharmacist team, to provide timely support and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist our clinical pharmacist team with outgoing calls to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach, continually developing their knowledge and skills to enhance customer support.
  • Complete tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of blithequark's policies and procedures, as well as our products and services, to provide accurate and informative support to customers.
  • Monitor and process all help desk assigned tasks on a daily basis, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling these calls with professionalism and following through until resolution has been met.
  • Manage the reporting of customer complaints and provide resolution per set SLA's, escalating issues as appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Investigate and report pharmacy errors, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and that our customers receive the highest level of care.
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide, ensuring that blithequark remains compliant and that our customers receive accurate and informative support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for any system or technology/software outages, notifying all appropriate parties for resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to blithequark's strict data protection policies and procedures.
  • Work autonomously and proactively identify areas in need of improvement, implementing process enhancements and contributing to the continuous development of our Customer Care team.
  • Collaborate constantly with teammates, fostering a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and commitment to quality, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and understanding.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • An active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License (including Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses).
  • A high school or equivalent diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

  • Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication management.
