Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, developing and executing staffing plans, and building relationships with candidates and cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, salary consults/negotiations, and reference/background checks for prospective candidates
- Develop and execute staffing plans to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand culture, skills, and team fit requirements for each opening
- Actively source candidates using social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking channels, and creative sourcing techniques
- Maintain relationships with candidates to encourage continued interest in opportunities with our company
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
- Lead, train, and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure all appropriate candidate checks are completed, including background checks and reference checks
- Prepare recruiting reports and presentations to show progress and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
- Collaborate with all teams on projects and creative recruiting initiatives
- Drive continuous process improvements in a rapidly growing and changing business environment
- Promote our company as the employer of choice to all potential candidates
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
- Solid understanding and knowledge of employment laws and recruiting concepts, policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience with various applicant tracking systems, with preferred experience with Brassring
- Proven success in sourcing a diverse candidate pool using a variety of methods
- Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and organizational capabilities
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Efficient MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent listening and assessment skills
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $95,900, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. You will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year.
