About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for engaging with our clients' shareholders, delivering first-class customer service, and resolving complex issues related to their accounts and transactions. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in building shareholder confidence and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
  • Notate customer accounts accurately, ensuring that all interactions are documented and up-to-date
  • Research and provide the most up-to-date information to customers, utilizing our systems and resources to resolve issues promptly
  • Navigate our systems while engaging with customers on calls, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in researching and resolving related inquiries, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • PC skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software applications efficiently
  • Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment, with a positive and flexible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
