Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from the comfort of their own homes in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing timely resolutions to their concerns. Typical calls may include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, requiring you to possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide timely resolutions to patient issues, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered
- Utilize computer systems and software to access patient information, process orders, and manage inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this position.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience, working in a Windows, Microsoft, or other application environment
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

Monday to Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
Once you have completed your training, you will be assigned to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you, 5 days a week, within this time frame).
Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
