Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with access to manager or support team assistance

Essential Qualifications
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to work from home, meeting WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
