Job Description

We are seeking experienced full stack insurance sales professionals to join our team and take advantage of our proven system and unlimited earning potential. As a full stack insurance sales professional, you will be responsible for selling life, health, and wealth products to clients, building and owning your own agency, and helping others become successful insurance agents. Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance, and we also offer health and wealth products. We have a value-based, warm lead system, which means we sell only to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance. No cold calling is necessary, and you can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from our value-based lead program or sourcing clients through warm market or other preferred lead sources.
  • Contacting those leads to gather information and set a time to meet again.
  • Finding products from our 30+ carriers that best fit the clients' needs.
  • Helping those clients apply for their desired life insurance policies during your second meeting.
  • (Optional) Find and help other like-minded individuals become successful life insurance agents!

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Unlicensed or licensed job seekers can apply.
  • Discounts and guidance will be provided to assist unlicensed job seekers in their life and health licensing process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
