You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive meaningful change and improve health outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and experience to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our programs and services * Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive meaningful change and improve health outcomes * Collaborate with our team to design and implement data visualization tools and reports * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Identify opportunities to reduce disparities and provide additional support to those most in need * Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization **Essential Qualifications** * 2-3 years of experience with SQL database programming * 2-3 years of experience in running with visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI * 2-3 years of analytics experience working with big datasets * BS required in math, statistics, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with identifying and monitoring Social Determinants of Health * Deep experience using demographic information, including race/ethnicity, language, gender, and urban/rural status to identify disparities and track enhancements over time * Knowledge of and experience with big healthcare data units based on administrative claims data, as well as other data assets * Experience with data mining and predictive analytics **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and big data analytics * Experience with data governance and data quality principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. This role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program similar to the base pay range listed above.
