As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:- Delivering psychotherapy services to diverse clients, either virtually or in-person at designated locations, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed methodologies.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
- Regularly reassessing and modifying treatment plans in alignment with client progress, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and supportive care possible.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a holistic approach to client care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each individual.
- Ensuring timely submission of client documentation within 72 hours of each session, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that support high-quality care.
- Maintaining an active caseload in accordance with the standards set forth in your employment agreement, effectively managing your schedule, billing, and client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit, essential for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Hold an active, independent license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist.
- Reside in a state where our services are offered (California residency required for hybrid positions).
- Not be opted out of Medicare.
- Have strong technological proficiency, including experience with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.

As a Full-Time Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you can expect:- A competitive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $70,000 for a minimum of 25 clients per week, allowing for increased earnings based on caseload.
- A sign-on bonus totaling $3,500, structured as $2,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 9 months.
- Part-time opportunities with session options between 10-24 per week at an hourly rate of $50.
