About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. As a remote Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for quoting and selling homeowner’s and renter’s insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads. You will also provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quote and sell any, or all, of the following insurance products – automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
  • Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients.
  • Attend required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license.
  • Demonstrate advantages of our company’s products, services, and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide the best possible solutions to our clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have an active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License.
  • Must reside within the required distance from the hub location.
  • Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule.
  • Must be empathetic, driven, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to communicate effectively, and have influence.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
