Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract * Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation * Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States * Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: * Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems * Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently * Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness * Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and support to our team * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role * Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process claims information * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred for this role: * Previous experience in a claims coordination or customer service role * Knowledge of claims management systems and software * Certification in data entry or customer service * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
