**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and respectful
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English, Spanish, French)
