Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their unique needs. You will work remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits, providing attentive customer service, and administrative support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer at blithequark, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the most comprehensive protection available
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and administrative support to ensure their needs are met
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring seamless and efficient processing
