As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supervising clients referred for electronic home monitoring, ensuring their compliance with court orders and program guidelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment, monitoring client compliance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment, providing a comprehensive overview of the program and reviewing the rules of client compliance.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients to review and approve their daily schedules, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and addressing any alerts or issues that may arise.
  • Administer drug and alcohol testing, including breathalyzers, urine samples, oral swabs, and hair follicle collection, following strict protocol and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of assigned equipment, troubleshoot problems, and communicate with the call center to resolve any technical issues.
  • Update physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining accurate records of client information.
  • Collaborate with court officials to write and update client reports, testifying in court as required.
  • Collect supervision payments from clients, providing receipts and completing daily deposits, while following cash collection policy and ensuring accountability for all payments received.
  • Comply with applicable regulations, laws, rules, procedures, policies, standards, and/or contractual requirements, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of the role.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Six (6) months of experience in community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts.
  • Knowledge of the state judicial system is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high-level organizational skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to demonstrate a commitment to completing pre-service and other training programs as required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a community corrections or electronic monitoring environment.
  • Knowledge of state and local laws, regulations, and policies related to community corrections.
  • Proficiency in electronic record-keeping systems and software applications.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in the local community.
