Essential Functions
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License, with our full support and investment in your professional development.
- Working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with minimal supervision, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive results.
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and reliable support.
- Making informed decisions, problem-solving, and upholding the highest ethical standards, reflecting our company's values and commitment to excellence.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma, providing a foundation for your future growth and development.
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
- The ability to pass a background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust within our organization.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, providing a strong foundation for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients.
