- Ensure compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures, including special booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management.
- Provide customer support and guidance in issue resolution, maintaining open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, ensuring that all interactions with guests meet the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
- No supervisory experience is necessary, as we focus on developing the skills and abilities of all our associates.
- No license or certification is required, although a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

Work Environment and Company Culture

You will also be responsible for working directly with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed.

Class Start Date and Training Schedule
The class start date for this opportunity is January 20, 2025, with a training schedule of 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks. After completing your training, you can expect to work a schedule of 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays.
