About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge Professional to join our team at the blithequark Centurion Lounge, located in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a Member Service Professional (MSP), you will be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering superior service to our Card Members. You will be part of a cohesive team that is dedicated to exciting our customers and delivering on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and innovative way
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodating the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and making loyal enthusiasts out of them

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience, with a strong understanding of the customer's needs and expectations
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight the customer with every single interaction, and listen to their needs, offering confident recommendations
  • The ability to exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment, with the ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
