Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. As a key member of our team, you will audit operations teams' and system outputs, suggest and implement process and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving operational and system improvements that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance operational excellence
  • Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Analyze data and trends to inform process improvements and optimize system performance
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our operations and systems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operations management
  • Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
