You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and selling our latest products and services. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to business customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving complex issues, and selling our latest products and services. * Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers, including bulk ordering and care maintenance requests. * Continuously maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions to make recommendations according to customer needs. * Process purchases of all products and services, handling inquiries related to billing, rate plans, features, and services. * Handle credit checks, service activations and changes, and all duties related to receivables management/collections. * Sell all services and products offered by blithequark, handling inquiries and on data products, services, billing, and troubleshooting. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements. * Provide support for products and services offered by blithequark, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial setup and configuration of AT&T-provided software and applications. * Identify, track, and trend issues to assist in root cause elimination, proactively engaging T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues. * Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults and provide customer resolution. * Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. **Essential Qualifications** * Call center or customer service experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar role. * Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. * Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by the needs of the business. * Basic typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment. * Advance typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to type at least 60 words per minute. * Experience with sales and sales support, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $3,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. * Paid training and on-the-job training to ensure your success in the role. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, and paid time off and holidays. * Employee discounts on eligible blithequark products and services. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. May handle WLNP, relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries, pre-paid service. Troubleshoots and resolves customer-impacting issues such as but not limited to voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing. Provides support for products and services offered by the Company. Assists customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services: Including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software & applications. Handles less routine & repetitive matters and more complex troubleshooting scenarios. Identifies, tracks & trends issues to assist in root cause elimination. Proactively engages T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues. Engages third party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults & provide customer resolution.
