The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen staff. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and assisting in the training and development of kitchen personnel. The Sous Chef will also handle inventory control, monitor food costs, and collaborate with other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Proven experience in culinary arts, including food preparation and cooking techniques</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff</li><li>Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends</li><li>Experience in a high-end restaurant or Country Club setting is a plus but not required.</li></ul>
