Job Overview

This part-time position, offering up to 28 hours per week, is based at our office located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011. The preferred schedule is from 8:30am-3:00pm (Monday to Wednesday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Thursday to Friday). As a Data Entry and Researcher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in researching contact lists and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research contact information for potential clients to enter into our marketing funnel, utilizing your excellent internet research skills.
  • Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for our Sales Associates, demonstrating your strong verbal communication skills.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing your ability to adapt and contribute to various tasks and initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, highlighting your flexibility and commitment to team goals.
