Skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Regulatory Affairs are advantageous
Responsibilities
• Ensure products comply with brand transition release timing and import requirements from production to final delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed release and shipping schedules that sync with production timelines and manufacturing needs
• Act as the main point of contact between manufacturing plants, logistics teams, regulatory partners, and internal departments for smooth product flow
• Prepare and present executive-level updates in PowerPoint, highlighting progress, potential risks, and strategic recommendations
• Identify and address potential regulatory and logistical risks, developing strategies to ensure a smooth supply chain
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes related to regulatory compliance and shipping logistics to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and documentation related to brand transition and logistics processes, including shipping records and compliance checks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• At least 5 years in supply chain management, logistics, or regulatory affairs, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
• Project Management certification is preferred
