**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you will play a critical role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if issues arise, you will work diligently to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience.
* Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions with high quality and in a timely manner.
* Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
* Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
* Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
* Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.
* Weekend availability required.
* Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
* Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
* Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
* Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous start-up experience.
* Knowledge of Collectibles.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour + benefits + equity.
