Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries of varying types with professionalism and courtesy

  • Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
