Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, which may include refunds, replacements, or other resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
