Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners and agencies in the design and development of reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
- Experience with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL
- Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
