Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the friendly voice on the phone, taking orders from our hungry customers and sharing our entire menu with them, either over the phone or in person with our carry-out customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, welcoming, and personalized. You will be the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who can make our customers feel valued, appreciated, and never rushed. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
  • Share our menu with customers, making recommendations and suggestions to enhance their dining experience
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their food promptly and to their satisfaction

  • Assist with pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
