As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Insights Associate Director, you'll be responsible for: * **Partnering with senior leaders**: Collaborate with our senior leaders to understand key business issues and use data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and public relations. * **Designing custom research**: Design custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that will drive brand strategies. * **Guiding research agency analytic teams**: Guide research agency analytic teams to perform advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand, including driver and correlation analysis, perceptual maps. * **Leading cross-functional teams**: Lead a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual State of the Brand report that provides a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the health and strength of the blithequark brand. * **Managing research agency partners**: Manage research agency partners for custom research projects from scoping to delivery, focusing on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform strategic communications for public relations purposes. * **Partnering with sponsorship teams**: Partner with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their impact on brand associations and brand health. * **Collaborating with CSR teams**: Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with excellence. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Eight or more years of relevant experience**: Demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. * **Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools**: Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools to stay ahead of the curve in the industry. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus: * **Strong analytical and data interpretation skills**: The ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. * **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently on projects. * **Designed small and large-scale research projects**: Experience designing and executing research projects involving primary and secondary data collection. * **Proven experience in conducting market research for PR purposes**: Experience conducting market research to inform public relations strategies. * **Analyzed data from multiple sources**: Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and providing insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and levels. * **Experience with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms**: Familiarity with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms. * **Experience managing people and teams**: Experience managing people and teams, either via direct reporting or influence. * **Experience with both Consumer and B2B audiences**: Experience working with both consumer and B2B audiences. **Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * **Health and wellness benefits**: Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs to support your physical and mental well-being. * **Short-term incentives**: Opportunities to earn bonuses and rewards for meeting performance goals. * **401(k) Savings Plan**: A retirement savings plan to help you plan for your future. * **Stock incentive programs**: Opportunities to own a piece of blithequark's success. * **Paid time off**: Generous paid time off to recharge and pursue your passions. * **Parental leave**: Support for new parents, including paid leave and parental benefits. * **Adoption assistance**: Support for adoptive families, including financial assistance and benefits. * **Tuition assistance**: Opportunities to pursue further education and professional development. * **Other incentives**: A range of other benefits and incentives to support your success and well-being. **How to Apply** If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics and a knack for uncovering consumer insights, we want to hear from you.
