Your day might start by reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement, then collaborating with our product team to develop targeted retention initiatives. You might spend the afternoon presenting retention metrics and campaign results to leadership, while also planning for an upcoming product launch that requires a comprehensive retention strategy. **Key Responsibilities** As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support blithequark's goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement * Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention * Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the blithequark customer experience * Testing, tracking, and measuring the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement * Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve blithequark's approach **About the Team** Our Customer Experience & Engagement team is a dynamic group of marketing, product, creative, and analytical experts united by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
