**Job Summary**
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations. You will be responsible for greeting patrons and guests, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patrons. **Essential Duties**
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry
* Assist with special event set-up and operations
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
* Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and a positive experience for all patrons
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications (or obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
* BBP Certification (obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
* Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and engaging environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Experience working in a recreation center or similar setting
* Knowledge of facility policies and procedures
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong organizational and time management skills
