We're seeking a talented Client Service Expert to join our Worldwide Arrangement Methodology and Projects (GDSP) and the AWS Private Estimating Projects and Encounters (3PX) group.

**Job Summary**
As a 3PX Client Service Expert, you'll play a critical role in analyzing client requests to identify recurring themes and pain points in the customer experience, reporting insights to internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements. You'll work closely with AWS field merchants and partners, as well as clients, to answer project inquiries and collaborate on cycle, achievements, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and apply the basics of the blithequark Private Estimating System to become an informed authority on client service
* Analyze client assistance data to identify themes and pain points in the customer experience and patterns in the business
* Answer inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and metrics
* Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
* Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved functional performance
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the blithequark offering
* Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine significant insights
* Rapidly absorbs complex ideas independently
* Has solid business acumen and resilience; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results
* Gifted at working successfully with numerous partners to influence and gain buy-in
* Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
