**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and provide exceptional service. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person, providing exceptional service and support
* Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
* Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for the customer, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Set sales appointments for new customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
* Answer billing questions and provide clear, concise information to customers
* Complete general clerical duties as assigned, including data entry and administrative tasks
* Work collaboratively with Service and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
* Pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
* Demonstrated multitasking skills, with the ability to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
* Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen
