**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, mail, and cargo, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding results. Your daily tasks will include:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing to destinations.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional service and support to travelers.
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful as a Ramp Agent, you'll need:
* Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
