About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Sales and Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our handyman business within the blithequark franchise system. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexible schedules and the ability to work from anywhere. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with various shifts available to ensure consistent customer support across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally to capture leads and handle inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads quickly to convert inquiries into appointments or free quotes.
  • Schedule handyman service appointments and provide accurate details to customers and technicians.
  • Collect payments from customers after services are successfully completed.
  • Track leads, appointments, and payments in our CRM system (Go High Level).
  • Maintain strong communication with the handyman team to ensure timely and successful job completion.
  • Provide regular updates to the franchise owner on lead conversion metrics and performance.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while remaining calm under pressure. Experience in sales, lead follow-up, or appointment scheduling is highly desirable, as is comfort using CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a bonus). You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is preferred, and previous experience as a Sales and Customer Support Representative is highly desirable (2 years or more). You should be available to work in a specific time zone and be willing to indicate your preferred time zone in your application.
