Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our customer service. You will interact with customers and Dashers through various channels, providing solutions and assisting them with their inquiries. We are looking for empathetic, resourceful, and motivated candidates who can contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and Dashers, and your ability to respond promptly and professionally will make a significant difference in their experience.
  • Address and resolve customer and Dasher issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our customers and Dashers have a seamless experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. You will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback, which will help us to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers and Dashers have a positive experience, and that we are continuously improving our service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to our management team, which will help us to make data-driven decisions and improve our processes.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on our company policies, products, and services, which will enable you to provide accurate information to our customers and Dashers.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
